Spark by Hilton Bluffton Hilton Head Island

Our team just had an excellent stay at Spark in Bluffton, South Carolina. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They made our entire group feel valued and well taken care of. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, which is always a top priority for our team. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and perfect for rest. The meeting space was also a huge plus — convenient, organized, and ideal for team gatherings and planning sessions. The location is outstanding. Being close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other essentials made everything easy and stress-free. It truly felt like a team-friendly environment that understood the needs of traveling groups. Overall, Spark Bluffton offers great value, comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any team, group, or traveler looking for a reliable and enjoyable hotel experience.

Overall very pleased. Knowing this is Hiltons budget brand, the room was a bit spartan but had all the important components and all was fresh and clean. Staff was friendly always a welcome first impression. Bed was comfortable but the sheets were the polyester blend (yuck,don't breathe, feel slimey) that Hilton is now using nearly everywhere. Bkfst bar is simple but bagels were fresh, yogurt, hardboiled eggs. Coffee was surprisingly good (extra points!) for hotel coffee which I find is typically pretty terrible. Great choice for a cost effective stay

Andy the GM clearly runs a tight ship here. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about guests. Every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The property itself is well-maintained and the rooms are a solid size.

Totally fine experience! Receptionist was efficient and very pleasant. Checked in and she got us a quiet room on the third floor.. Breakfast was perfect for us with hard boiled eggs, yogurt and bagels. Just enough to send us on the road again. Folgers coffee was spot on.

Sabrina at the front desk made our check-in so smooth. We arrived late and she was warm, welcoming, and had everything ready for us. Little things like that make a huge difference when you're traveling with kids.

This hotel is right off the highway, extremely close to Sam's Club, Walmart, Kroger, many, many restaurants and fast food. But you would never know it because it's nestled off to the back, by the woods, so you'll hear birds chirping before you'll hear the seemingly distant traffic. When you walk in, all you'll smell is cleanliness and fabuloso. It looked like i could eat off the floor of my spacious room. I did everything digitally...i made my reservation online, let the hotel choose my room(i usually choose it myself, but they chose a great room for me). I checked in on the app and received my digital key there, allowing me to skip the front desk and go directly to my room. There's something about seeing the message on the TV, welcoming me by name and listing my Hilton Honors level that gives me the warm fuzzies! Not all Hiltons do that. I finally paid attention to the Hilton app and saw that I could control the TV with MY PHONE!! Germaphobes don't have to worry about touching the remote. I saw that some hotels allow you to use the app to turn on/off the lights, adjust the temperature, and more, from the comfort of your bed! How cool is THAT?! Breakfast was a bit continental, but satisfying.(It WAS Xmas day, after all) With IHOP being a 4-minute walk away, though, who can complain? I checked out thru the app, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

We’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and Spark Bluffton is such a refreshing concept. Clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. Loved the 24-hour coffee cart and microwave access in the lobby — great touch! Breakfast was fresh and Mr. Andy made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. Definitely a five-star experience!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt relaxed the entire time. The staff was kind and welcoming, which made a big difference. The location was convenient and made my trip easier overall. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!
